How do you know it’s time to get away?

If you have Rejuvacationed before, you may be able to sense the frequency for your getaway. I like to get away at least once every 3-4 months. If this is your first time, or it’s been a while, here’s a short quiz to help you figure it out. Answer each question honestly.

  1. I have never taken a Rejuvacation, or it has been more than 2 months since my last Rejuvacation.  ___yes  ___ no
  2. I am often angry, upset, or crying, and am easily triggered.  ___yes ___no
  3. I cannot manage to get much more than 4 hours’ sleep nightly. ___yes ___no
  4. My kids drive me crazy and I am tired of trying. ___yes ___no
  5. The household or life in general has become overwhelming. ____yes ___no
  6. It takes me longer than usual to get easy tasks at home/work completed. ___yes ___no
  7. I typically need a glass of wine to get through the evening routine. ___yes ___no
  8. I often experience decision-fatigue, feeling incapable of making even the smallest or inconsequential decisions.  ___yes ___no
  9. I feel stuck, without the space to determine the next big course of action for my life or for my family. ___yes ___no
  10. Your boss, spouse, friend, or another trusted peron in your life suggested you need some time away.  ___yes ___no

Count up your responses. If you responded yes to more than 7 questions, pack your bags and hit the road. You needed a Rejuvacation yesterday. If you responded yes to 4-6 questions, you might not need a Rejuvacation immediately, but you’re getting close. Plan your getaway to happen in the next 3-4 months. If you answered yes to 1-3 questions, you’re in a really good place. Rejuvacate proactively or plan for 6 months out. If you didn’t answer yes to any of these questions…#goals. 😊 Keep an eye out as those no responses transform to yes over time.
